Recreational Gymnastics

Gymnastics is all about having fun, getting fit, and learning fundamental skills which promote flexibility, strength and balance. General gymnastics teaches children how to safely move around on several apparatus, varying body positions, speed, and height. General gymnasts do not participate in the intense strength and flexibility training which is part of the competitive program. Our recreational programs are suitable for children of all ages and body types.
